Trailfest Race Day Info 2023

Packet pickup is Tuesday, July 18th, from 5pm - 7pm at Fleet Feet in Ogden. Fleet Feet is located at 1937 Washington Blvd, Ogden UT 84401. If you are unable to come to packet pick up, you will be able to get your bib and other goodies on race morning.

***You will still need to check in on race day so that we know who is on the course on race day.***

Packet pickup on race day will be from 7am - 7:45am at the Wildflower Outdoor tent.

Race Start Times:

- 8am: Tiny Trumpet & Giant Hyssop MTB

- 8:30am: Tiny Trumpet Trail Run

Course/Race Information (please read carefully): Each distance will have a color code. There will be a color on your bib and you will also receive a wristband that is the same color. You will need to pay attention to the color on your bib and wristband while on the course so that you know which direction to go. The course will be marked with bright course marking ribbon in purple, pink, and yellow. The MTB distances are loops and the trail run is out and back.

We will have volunteers at the road crossings, but please still use caution when crossing the road. These volunteers will be the turnaround point for the trail runners.

This is an unsupported course, meaning there are no aid stations on course. Please plan accordingly and make sure you have enough hydration and nutrition with you during your ride or run. Reminder, it will be hot. We will have plenty of water at the start/finish for everyone to fill up or refill after. We are a cupless event, so please provide your own water bottle or cup.

The trails are closed to anyone other than Trailfest participants for the duration of the event. Spectators can cheer their runners and bikers on at the start/finish area.

Please make sure your bib is visible - we want our timers and announcer to know who is coming into the finish.

All participants will receive lunch as part of their registration. This year, a taco lunch will be served by Powder Mountain at the Timberline Lodge. Your wristband is your meal ticket. Beverages will be provided by Admiral Beverage. Friends and family can purchase lunch from Powder Mountain - taco plates are $15 per plate.

Other Info:

Please park on the north side of the Timberline Lodge parking lot.

Restrooms will be in the Timberline Lodge.

We look forward to seeing everyone on Saturday. Stay safe on the trails and have fun!
